Business Controller

What will you do?

In this role, you will be the right hand of the Group Business Controller within our holding company. You will work for several companies and have a broad and varied range of tasks. Your duties include:

• Perform monthly and targeted margin, cost and revenue analyses.
• Prepare weekly reports and KPI statements, which you also actively discuss with project managers.
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Identify improvement opportunities and initiate improvements in a variety of business processes.

What do you bring?

You have a completed college education in Finance & Control (Business Economics) or Accountancy, complemented by 2-3 years of experience in this, or a similar position. In addition, you are analytically strong, have good communication skills and a healthy dose of curiosity. You have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint and have affinity with Power BI.

• A salary between €3,880.00 and €6,470.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.
• A fixed-term appointment with the intention of a permanent contract.
• On a full-time basis, 25 vacation days, with the option to buy or sell days.
• Instead of the standard 38-hour work week, you can also opt for a 40-hour work week. In that case, you will receive 13 ADV days.
