Financial administrative assistant

Are you someone who gets happy with a correct administration and likes to take care of everything down to the last detail? Then come on board at Metagro (part of Dubbeldam Industries) and dive into the financial administrations of our various companies with us.

What will you do?

In this position, you will ensure that our financial administrations are always in order. You focus mainly on the processing of debtors, creditors and bank mutations. You love to work together, jump in where necessary and enjoy taking work off the hands of your colleagues. Your main activities are:

• Processing invoices and booking bank statements.
• Assist in the month-end closing process.
• Answer telephone inquiries from debtors and creditors.

What do you bring?

You have completed a financial intermediate vocational education and already have several years of experience in a similar position. It goes without saying that you are able to work accurately and with figures. You also work well with Excel. Do you have experience with Exact Globe? Then that is a bonus!

• A salary between € 2,600.00 and € 3,700.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.
• A fixed-term appointment with the intention of a permanent contract.
• On a full-time basis, 26 vacation days, with the option to buy or sell days.
• Instead of the standard 38-hour work week, you can also opt for a 40-hour work week. In that case, you will receive 13 ADV days.
