You will work on specialized workstations for control rooms, where reliability and workmanship are of the highest level. You will report to the manager\/director of operations.  <\/p>\n<p>Your main duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wiring and construction of (control) panels in remote control desks.<\/li>\n<li>Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully assemble components and cables to specification.<\/li>\n<li>Identify technical areas for improvement in the construction process.<\/li>\n<li>Thinking along and contributing to the further professionalization of panel construction.<\/li>\n<li>Independently perform your duties with an eye for quality and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional on-site deployment in the assembly\/installation of control rooms (and especially laying video wall and kvm\/workstation equipment and signal\/control cables).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what we ask of you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBO work and thinking level preferably in the direction of electrical engineering or mechatronics.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in panel building or industrial cabling.<\/li>\n<li>Independent and structured work attitude.<\/li>\n<li>You work accurately and also have a concern for workmanship and safety.<\/li>\n<li>You actively think about process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.<\/li>\n<li>You fit our core values: connected, collaborative and trusting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ops Factor designs and manufactures Remote Control Desks that are used worldwide for remote control of cranes and barges. We also specialize in providing control room technology such as video walls and KVM (keyboard, video &amp; mouse systems) workstation solutions, and we design and implement mission critical control rooms.
