Give color to cabins deployed worldwide! Are you technically inclined, do you work accurately and do you have experience with (industrial) spray technology? Then this position is for you! You ensure that our high-quality cabins and components receive a perfect coat of paint – using modern spray robot technology.
What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire painting process: from preparation to quality control. You work with an advanced spray robot and have an eye for every detail. Thanks to your craftsmanship, we deliver an end product that meets the highest standards. Your duties include:
- Set up, operate and monitor spray robot according to applicable work instructions and product specifications.
- Preprocessing and visually inspecting cabins and parts prior to the painting process. Perform visual quality inspections and ensure finish quality.
- Prepare paint according to work procedures and ensure that additives such as hardener and thinner are kept up to date.
- Cleaning and daily maintenance of spray plant and equipment and perform periodic and preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules. Also ensuring a clean, safe and organized work environment.
What do you bring?
You have a mbo working and thinking level and an education towards (vehicle) engineering/sprayer. You have experience with spraying techniques and/or working with industrial spray robots and knowledge of paint systems and paint materials. In addition, you are willing to work in shifts (day and evening).
