At Metagro, we are looking for a robot operator to help us finish cabins and parts – which are used worldwide – accurately and with care. You will work with a computer-controlled spray robot in a modern production environment, where quality, cleanliness and safety are paramount. Experience with painting is a bonus, but certainly not a requirement, as you will learn it with us in practice.

What will you do?

As a robot operator, you will work as part of a team to operate, set up and maintain our spray robot. You will ensure that parts are prepared and processed according to specification. You have an eye for detail and are meticulous in everything you do. Your duties include:

• Operate and adjust spray robot according to work instructions.
• Checking parts and performing visual inspections.
• Prepare materials and perform support tasks in the painting process.
• Participate in a safe, neat and organized work environment.
• Periodic maintenance of equipment and facilities.

With us you will learn how to master the painting process; including material use and finishing. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and internal training.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with technology, taking responsibility and working precisely. Someone who gets energy from a well-organized work process and cooperation within a close-knit team. You:

• Have MBO 3 working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.
• Are eager to learn and willing to acquire new skills (such as paint processing).
• Works neatly, in a structured manner and according to procedures.
• Is open to shift work (day and evening shift).
• Are reliable and have a positive work ethic.
