This is what you will do

As an employee coating, you are the professional who ensures that our metal cabins look perfect before they go to the paint shop. With your eye for detail, you make an indispensable contribution to a sleek end result. You:

• Sands sheet metal or cabins and makes surfaces smooth and even.
• Provides priming and sanding of primers.
• Carefully cleans and tapes parts in preparation for spray work.
• Provides ideas for improvement.

Kitting/waterproofing the cabins will also be part of the job (eventually). Do you already have experience in this? Great! If not, no problem, if in that case you bring with you the willingness to learn this.

Here’s what we ask of you

Vmbo working and thinking level and several years of experience as an employee coating or preprocessor in metalworking, bodywork or a similar profession. Because we stand for high quality, you work very accurately and are 100% quality-oriented. Furthermore, reliability and commitment are self-evident for you and you are a pleasant team colleague, focused on cooperation.

• An appropriate salary between € 2,800 and € 3,000 gross per month based on 38 hours per week (full-time).

• Long weekends! On Monday through Thursday, you will work 8.5 hours, which means you will have Friday afternoon off and can start your weekend earlier.
