Welding Robot Operator

What will you do?

As a welding robot operator, you are responsible for the (logistical) operations surrounding the automated welding process of cabins. You work in a team on machining and assembling serial metal cabin structures, which are assembled using molds. Your tasks include:

• Filling and taking out the molds.
• Positioning and fixing parts.
• Pre-stitching of parts.
• Operating the welding robot.
• Control product quality and repair deviations.

What do you bring?

Vmbo/mbo working and thinking level and a completed education in the direction of metalworking. You have several years of experience with welding and thin-walled sheet metal work. In addition, you have knowledge of welding robots, or the motivation to be trained internally and externally (at the supplier). Knowledge of Valk Welding robots is a strong advantage.
