What will you do?

You are responsible for the operational assurance of the quality management system, including the follow-up of complaints, carrying out internal audits and developing actions resulting from risk analyses. You also monitor compliance with health and safety and environmental legislation and identify opportunities for improvement. You ensure that risks are translated into concrete control measures and contribute to the assurance and compliance in practice. Your duties include:

• Independently plan, conduct and report on internal audits of processes, systems and compliance. Monitor follow-up on findings.
• Analyze complaints and warranty requests, coordinate investigations and follow up actions, including communication with customers.
• Participate in conducting risk analyses (e.g. RI&E, FMEA) and translating the outcomes into improvement measures. Oversee and participate in implementation and effectiveness.
• Manage complaint records, audit findings, incident reports, deviations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Identify occupational safety and environmental risks and contribute to preventive measures.
• Active participation in improvement processes, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvement proposals. Support in creating a learning culture.

What do you bring?

MBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of quality, safety or environmental management. You have several years of work experience, preferably in a similar industry (metal, surface treatment, assembly). Furthermore, you have experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, VCA) and internal audits and you are familiar with complaint handling, risk analysis and CAPA processes. You recognize yourself in characteristics such as accurate, integrity, proactive and positive team player.
