What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you are the link between customers, sales and technology. You translate customer questions into technical and commercial proposals and ensure that the quotation and order process runs smoothly. You work closely with colleagues from engineering, production and field sales, who have the most customer contact. You support them in preparing quotations, making technical calculations and coordinating customer requirements. You focus mainly on the preliminary process: from customer request to order. After the order, this is passed on to the Project Manager for further implementation. Within this process you will think along about customized solutions and help structure sales processes. Thanks to your technical insight and structured way of working, you keep the overview and ensure clear communication between customers and internal departments. You provide an active contribution to the improvement of processes and think about professionalization within the sales team.
