Are you technically savvy, have an eye for detail and enjoy working independently on high-quality solutions?

We are looking for a panel builder for OPS Factor in Zwolle who is looking for real technical depth and direct impact.

This is what you will do
As a panel builder in our workshop at OPS Factor in Zwolle, the Netherlands, you will be responsible for the electrical construction and wiring of our customized remote control desks. You will work on specialized workstations for control rooms, where reliability and workmanship are of the highest level. You will report to the manager/director of operations.

Your main duties:

• Wiring and construction of (control) panels in remote control desks.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Carefully assemble components and cables to specification.
• Identify technical areas for improvement in the construction process.
• Thinking along and contributing to the further professionalization of panel construction.
• Independently perform your duties with an eye for quality and safety.
• Occasional on-site deployment in the assembly/installation of control rooms (and especially laying video wall and kvm/workstation equipment and signal/control cables).

Here’s what we ask of you

• MBO work and thinking level preferably in the direction of electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Demonstrated experience in panel building or industrial cabling.
• Independent and structured work attitude.
• You work accurately and also have a concern for workmanship and safety.
• You actively think about process improvements.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
